Features
 Pay Anyone. From national vendors, such as credit cards, utilities, loan payments, mortgage payments and insurance premiums, to local payees such as condo associations, newspaper delivery, garbage collection – even your babysitter! If the recipient does not accept electronic payments, a check will be mailed on your behalf.
Automated Payments. Set up recurring or future-dated payments to help keep control of your bills. Have to pay that car loan every month on the 5th? Just schedule it and forget it! Not getting paid until Friday? Schedule your payment today to go out at end of the week!
Payment History. Retrieve history of all your payments for the previous 18 months. Convenient online payment search allows you to find details about any payment, including a copy of the paid check (if the payment was made by check)!
Categorize and Organize. Create payment categories to assist in end-of-year reporting. Generate ad-hoc reports to find out how you are doing with your budget. Even export your payment history to Excel©.
E-Mail Reminders and Alerts. Set up notifications by e-mail or text message for payment reminders, payments that exceed a defined limit, log in/log out session information, or transaction history.

Enhanced Business Features
Plus, businesses can enjoy these enhanced features to better meet their needs:
Invoice Section. Paying from an invoice or multiple invoices? Not enough room in the ‘Memo’ section of the check? No problem – use our invoice wizard to enter multiple invoices, including numbers, amounts, and descriptions – and let the system calculate the total for you into one check payment.
Multiple Users. Add additional users to allow bill pay access to the same account – each with his/her own Access ID and password. Additionally, each user can be assigned a separate maximum payment limit.
Dual Signatures. Do you want better control of your payments? You can choose to require 2 or more “signatures” on each payment. One user can initiate the payment; another user would have to “approve” it before it gets processed.
Payment Limits. Protect yourself by setting maximum user and company payment limits.
